Donker Rye
A light yeasted wheat and rye Bavarian style loaf from the SØDT (pronounced soot) company in Petworth.
SØDT makes traditional artisan breads and pastries alongside a range of original rye based recipes, using natural ingredients and slow fermentation for extra depth of flavour. All ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, favouring small producers.
Please note that the bakery is closed on Mondays. Orders placed for a Monday delivery will be fulfilled on your subsequent delivery day.
