An open textured Italian bread made locally by hand with a sourdough starter by the SØDT artisans in Petworth.
The bakery requires 48 hours to bake ciabatta bread. Please place your orders with at least 2 days notice and note that the bakery is closed on Mondays. Orders placed for a Monday delivery will be fulfilled on your subsequent delivery day.
